How it works
Show my morning routine.
Your Morning Routine has 5 habits and takes 45 minutes total: Wake up (5 min) → Stretch (10 min) → Meditate (10 min) → Shower (10 min) → Breakfast (10 min). It repeats every weekday at 6:30 AM.
Use cases
Ask AI to analyze, create, and edit your routines. Connect Routinery and your routines move through conversation. Review the changes and run them in the app.

Export your routines as a structured Notion page with habits and schedules.
"Analyze my behavior patterns this month."
Get completion rates, streaks, and skip patterns to find areas to improve.
Routinery requires explicit confirmation before creating, duplicating, or editing routines. Review the exact action before approving.
FAQ
Is Routinery MCP free?
Yes. Routinery MCP is free for all users regardless of subscription status. You can connect and use it without a paid plan.
Do I need a Routinery account?
Yes. You need to sign up for a Routinery account to use MCP. When you connect for the first time, you'll be asked to sign in with your Routinery account through OAuth. If you don't have one yet, you can create a free account in the Routinery app.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external apps securely. Once connected, AI can read and write data on your behalf with your explicit approval.
The OAuth sign-in screen doesn't appear.
Check that the MCP URL is entered correctly without trailing spaces. If using ChatGPT, make sure Developer mode is enabled and you've selected Public endpoint as the connection type.
Which plans support MCP?
Claude works on all plans including Free. ChatGPT requires a paid plan (Plus, Pro, Business, or Enterprise) with Developer mode. Cursor and Gemini CLI work on all plans.
Is my data safe?
Routinery uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. AI can only access your routines after you sign in and approve. All actions that create or modify routines require your explicit confirmation before they are applied.
Privacy
When you connect Routinery via MCP, your routine data is shared with the AI platform you selected (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Routinery authenticates through OAuth 2.0 and only provides data you explicitly approve. For details, see our privacy policy.
