About the Members

Ian

CEO/ Co-founder

Studied architecture and now setting the bar for good design at Routinery. Turns out “high standards” is code for “solo veteran.” He’s naturally kind, but don’t let that fool you he switches to brutal honesty when things get stuck. Powers through with system-first thinking, so if you DM him, use that shortcut key. And brace yourself for that innocent smile.

Jane

Tech Lead / Co-founder

Majored in Computer Science and Software Engineering. She’s conquered every coding language imaginable, but her Korean… let’s say it’s in beta. If she suddenly goes offline mid-conversation, she’s likely compiling. Writer on Brunch, known for being an emotionally rich “AI soul” though training data is still loading.

Rowan

Frontend developer

A heavyweight yet sweet dev. He set up our test environment the moment he joined and now drives productivity improvements everywhere. But strange bugs sometimes break something inside him too, making him ask, “Um… how do I fix that?” Onboarding eased work/life angst, but now? There’s no time to question how intense this gets.

Haghl

Dev Lead

A developer who has earned the team’s deep trust with the mantra, “Even so, it must be done.” He is so collaborative with the QA team that they can even exchange blunt remarks comfortably. He is credited with initiating a full-scale refactoring project by proactively questioning the legacy code. Lately, he seems to be heading to Haebangchon every weekend leading us to wonder if he might have found a foreign partner.

Leo

Frontend developer

A meticulous developer with a keen interest in design; he performs QA even more strictly than the design team itself. Thanks to him, our interactions are constantly improving—proving that “the one who feels the frustration is the one who fixes it.” (While networking isn’t everything), he is a pure-hearted Daejeon local and a dedicated cat-dad.

Kyum

QA Manager

Started as an intern and now full-time QA manager. I hope she feels less strain soon—QA mental pressure is no joke. She’s meticulous and resilient, and all we wish is she only learned the good stuff here. (Seems a lot like dreams today.) Always bringing thoughtful gifts to the team despite the lean budget absolute legend.

Clover

Product Designer

Design team’s only hope, balancing a chaotic system schedule while cleaning up design’s messy systems. (Literally the only designer.) Open to feedback at talent levels, but I think they’re getting worn out by all the push drills. Reaction expert: When she finds delicious food, she starts dancing.

Dina

Growth manager

Insane focus and execution power handles huge growth tasks solo. Sharp business instinct, and always has the customer’s best interest in mind, spreading positivity across the team. Beware: excitement leads to replying three times in a row (“Yes yes yes”) someone calm her down. She’s recently healing from heartbreak, so we’ve cut her some slack.

Day

Content Marketer

A marketer who brightens the room with overflowing energy. She completed onboarding at lightning speed and is currently raising the bar for the entire team. She is a fountain of proposals and feedback at all hours (we aren’t sure if it’s from past experience in “hardcore” organizations or just her natural intensity). She has a deep knowledge of band music and dreams of buying a farm in the UK to host her own rock festival.

Sol

Product Designer

Joined as an intern after beating out fierce competition, then converted to a full-time designer (a PD). There was some internal VOC suggesting the conversion was really about the comedy chops (the design skills are, for the record, excellent), but the moment things went official, the PM role landed on the plate too—making for exactly the kind of talent this chaotic AI era calls for. Lately, you'll find Ssol running Routinery's X (Twitter) account, peeling off the mask one layer at a time and baring some sharp teeth. (No one knows who the next target is.)
